There was an isotope effect of the {\textquoteright}second kind{\textquoteright} for these Mu-radicals in the range of 1.26-1.32. The {\textquoteright}fractional{\textquoteright} formation rate constants per site are 2.7 x 10(9), 0.45 x 10(9) and 0.85 x 10(9) M-1S-1 respectively.
