Abstract | Absolute photoabsorption cross-sections (oscillator strengths) have been measured for the valence shell and selected (Cl 2p, Br 3d and I 4d) inner shell excitations in HCl, HBr and HI, respectively at photon energies up to 280 eV using dipole (e,e) spectroscopy.
