The 'Student View' link has moved. It is now way down in the 'Control Panel', under 'Course Tools'.
Once you're in the Student View, you get back to the Teacher View with the 'Teacher View' link indicated by the red arrow. Note that the top button indicating 'File View' must be selected for the 'Teacher View' link to show up.
