Abstract

Treatment of [CpW(NO)(CH2SiMe3)(CH2CPh3)] with sulfur produces [CpW(O)(SCH2SiMe3)(CH2CPh2-C6H4)], in which S is inserted in one W-C bond, but in addition, replacement of NO by O and orthometallation have occurred.
