Abstract

The coordination polyhedron about the copper(II) atom in Cu(pdZ)3(NO3)2, where pdz is pyridazine, is a distorted octahedron consisting of three N atoms from the pyridazine ligands, one O atom from the monodentate nitrate group and two O atoms from the unsymmetrically bidentate nitrate group.
