Abstract

{Indium trans-cyclohexanediamine-phenol tridentate di-Me, dihalide, and alkoxy-bridged complexes were prepd. and characterized. Protonolysis of InMe3 with the phenolic group of the ligand, trans-2-(Me2N)C6H10NHCH2C6H2-3,5-tBu2-2-OH (H-NNO) gave pentacoordinate indium complexes [(NNO)InMe2] (1) and [Me2ClIn(μ-NNO)InMe2] (2) with meridional NNO-frame. Substitution of potassium phenolate K(NNO) with InX3 gave dihalides [(NNO)InX2] (3-5
