Dr. Shilov will discuss recent advances in the instrumentation and applications of time‐resolved FT‐IR spectroscopy, including: experimental setup for time-resolved and surface studies, characterization of thin films and molecular monolayers deposited onto metallic, semiconductor, and dielectric substrates, applications in reaction monitoring, catalysis, polymer curing, studies of photosensitive proteins, and spectroelectrochemistry.
