Abstract:
In this seminar, I will discuss our progress in the automated synthesis of perovskite single crystals with centimeter dimensions; and in their integration into X-ray detectors. If time allows, I will elaborate on our works in the development of printable semiconductor films with tens of nanometer thicknesses; and in their integration into photovoltaic modules.
