This presentation, will guide you on a journey through my career path from Academia to Industry, dedicated to the investigation and development of RNA-based therapeutic technologies (including RNA aptamers, siRNAs, mRNA, RNA editing) for the treatment of cancer, cardiovascular disease, rare diseases, and critical illness. I will present my understanding of these technologies, diseases, and associated disease mechanisms. I will also discuss the importance of applying chemical solutions to address many key technical problems in RNA drug development.
